My work explores the ambiguity of form, shape, and movement through the use of cut paper. The work examines the dynamic tensions between light and shadow and the interplay of negative and positive. I love the architecture of dimensional form and the infinite variations created with random juxtapositioning. Abstract formalization of casual organic shapes reveals interesting patterns simultaneously in both form and counter-form.
