What is NRC Arts Night Out?

The North River Commission Arts Night Out is sponsored by the NRC Arts & Culture committee. Each event spotlights one of the many arts organizations in the NRC geographic area. Northwest side Chicago residents are encouraged to attend the event as a group to demonstrate the area's committement to the arts and spending power of the area.
